Cowshed ventilation can be divided into natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation. For hot and humid areas, natural ventilation alone is clearly not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a barn fan. The fan can drive the ventilation in the shed, which can reduce the stuffiness and temperature in the shed. However, both natural and mechanical ventilation are inseparable from the control of details. Today we will discuss the ventilation of the cowshed from a few details.
The ventilation volume of the cowshed depends on the ventilation volume of the cowshed fan, which is a common planting and breeding greenhouse equipment, because it can exchange the air inside and outside the shed, and the ventilation effect is good. In greenhouses, the uniformity of the airflow distribution depends on the location, design and regulation of the air intakes. The wind speed of the air inlet (244-305m/m in) can be increased by designing the layout of the air inlet and adjusting the size of the air inlet without relying on the change in ventilation volume (without changing the number of operating fans). The size of the air inlet can be adjusted manually or automatically.
Only by reasonably setting up the air inlet, sealing the inner doors and windows and the air leakage, can the cowshed fan form the required negative pressure. The fresh air outside the shed enters the shed through the air leakage, which reduces the air volume entering the shed through the designed air inlet and disturbs the airflow organization. Therefore, the cowshed should be aware of air leaks.
